Comic Con a go or a no also Instagram live?

I’m not sure if i talked about this previously and maybe i touched on it, but i know a while back i talked about how i was going to comic con in April. Obviously ( in Severus Snapes voice ) I didn't get to go because hello Covid-19.  Right now Indiana Comic Con is postponed until the end of June which I’m excited that it didn’t get cancelled all together because that would have sucked. As of right now Tom Felton ( Draco Malfoy) is still going to be there which is the only reason I’m going this time.  I have never been to a comic con where I actually got to meet the celebrity. There was one time that I and a bunch of kids I went to school with went to a comic con in Chicago but we didn’t get past the “gates” so we hung around outside the “gates” inside that part of the building getting pictures with cosplayers. I think I talked about this in one of my previous blogs but for anyone who didn’t read that blog basically that Comic Con was going on in the same building as the...

Does it have to be all negative?

Image
Past two weeks I’ve focused on the negative parts on this on going pandemic. Not to say that the negative definitely rules out the positive by a long shot in this situation. I like most have been struggling to adapt to this new online stuff for school and its more than difficult but we have to keep a positive mindset about it. The dinning room at my work place being shut down taking 25% of our sales with it sucks trust me being the supervisor I cant see the effect it’s having on us as a business. Hours got cut and that sucks too but at least we have a job, at least we can still provide a Carryout and Delivery service to our community. I came up with the idea a few weeks ago to give all medical employees a 10% discount when they order from us and we even took free pizza over to the police station and the EMTs, ( last i knew We were looking into to bringing stuff to the hospitals as well). My sister and every senior (high school and college) being upset that they can’t share their accomp...

My sisters

Alright so we are told we have to talk about how Covid-19 has affected us and while it continues to wreak havoc on my life it has also ruined the life of my younger sister and many more just like her. My sister is a Senior at Churubusco High School and she like many others in the class of  2020. While she like the rest of us have to finish out the school year online and it sucks because she won’t see her teachers again and she won’t get to walk the halls of the school with her friends and her boyfriend again and while she’s hurt about that she’s even more hurt because she didn’t get to finish out her show choir season. In a previous blog I talked about how my sister and I both have POTS and how it affects her way more than it affects me and the last Show Choir comp they went to she was to sick to preform but she was okay not preforming because she had one more comp as well as the state comp but that was before this mess with Covid-19. She like the other seniors in show choir won’t ...
