Does it have to be all negative?

Past two weeks I’ve focused on the negative parts on this on going pandemic. Not to say that the negative definitely rules out the positive by a long shot in this situation. I like most have been struggling to adapt to this new online stuff for school and its more than difficult but we have to keep a positive mindset about it. The dinning room at my work place being shut down taking 25% of our sales with it sucks trust me being the supervisor I cant see the effect it’s having on us as a business. Hours got cut and that sucks too but at least we have a job, at least we can still provide a Carryout and Delivery service to our community. I came up with the idea a few weeks ago to give all medical employees a 10% discount when they order from us and we even took free pizza over to the police station and the EMTs, ( last i knew We were looking into to bringing stuff to the hospitals as well). My sister and every senior (high school and college) being upset that they can’t share their accomplishments with their family and friends because the ceremony is pushed back or canceled all together and I get that and I really hope that this pandemic doesn’t take it completely away if it hasn’t yet. I mean even us people turning 21 and 18 being stuck in this quarantine sucks because we can’t celebrate with our friends and family. Easter absolutely sucked for me because for the last 20 years I’ve spent it with my family but this year we didn’t do anything because we didn’t want to chance getting my grandma sick and my family lives 20 minutes away. I was supposed to get married in May but that’s not happening now because of this pandemic, i had to postpone it to next year. I didn’t get to go to Comic Con and meet Tom Felton and while this was pushed back to June who’s to say this won’t stick around and cause that to cancel.
But truly does it have to be all negative? I don’t know about any of you guys but after I finish with my homework I’ve been binge watching Netflix like no other because I have the free time to do so seeing as the only place I go is work. I started Reading the Harry Potter books my freshman year of college got on the third book and haven’t had time to finish it but guess what... I do now! I even got to listen to Robbie Kay (who played Peter Pan in Once Upon A Time) read a chapter of Harry Potter over Instagram Live. You know what else? I get To spend time with my dog and he’s probably annoyed with us being home all the time but that’s okay. I’ve also watched a couple Instagram Lives with celebrities who have been making “shows” to entertain everyone.
